The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of murder. Suspicion is against other named persons. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused, who stated only to the extent that petitioner was known to one Raju Jha.

Considering the nature of material, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of
