1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the Collector, West Champaran (Respondent No.3) to pay compensation for the land of the petitioner under the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, which has been acquired for the purposes of construction of IndoNepal Border.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before

4. In the event the petitioners file representation along with all the necessary documents and details in support of this claim within a period of six weeks from today, the Collector, West Champaran (Respondent No.3) shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
