JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act. As per the prosecution case, the informant works as a Field Officer in M/s. Panasonic Life Solution India Ltd. (Anchor) and M/s. Havells India Limited. He alleged in his written report that the owners of the three shops sell fake wires in the name of the aforesaid company. Police raided the said shops and recovered the huge quantity of fake wires from all the three shops.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without verifying the genuineness of the recovered items
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74193 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 petitioner has been made accused in this case. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
