JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the District Provident Fund Officer, Jehanabad to recalculate the residual deposit balance of Rs.12,569/- for the period 1985-86 to 1995-96 and pay the same along with statutory interest till date.

This Court finds that the petitioner stood retired on 31.01.2011, hence the claim of the petitioner is stale and not fit to be entertained. Yesterday nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the writ petition. Today also nobody has appeared.

Even on merits, this Court does not find any substance
