This application for regular bail arises out of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2015, disclosing offence punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is petitioner's second attempt for grant of regular bail. Similar prayer was rejected earlier by this Court by an order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13073 of 2020, keeping in mind the petitioner's implication in eleven cases some of which are of very serious nature. There is a statement in paragraph 13 of the application that the case was triable by Magistrate of 1st Class and the petitioner has remained in custody since 18.05.2018. Considering the submission that the petitioner is in custody in connection with the present criminal case since 18.05.2018 as stated in paragraph 13 of the application and that even the charge has not been framed, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, Mukesh Pathak, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), each with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in Sheohar P.S.
