Petitioner seeks bail in Nawada Nagar (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the vehicle of the informant loaded with 70 bags of coconut after assaulting him. FIR is against four unknown persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2018.

Considering the fact that recovery has been made on the confession of petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63289 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

However, it is observed that petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year of Jail custody.
