The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arm Act. The allegation is that when the petitioner was apprehended by the Police and search was made, one automatic pistol along with two live cartridge was recovered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is languishing in custody for about eight months inasmuch as he was taken into custody on 30.05.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70930 of 2018(4) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018.
