2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail his remedy in the title suit where the dispute is going on for 10 Katha and 10 dhur land of Plot No. 3597 and 3598 which is subject matter of the present writ petition.
