2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 79, 98, 111, 143, 145, 99, 96, 296 read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 13 and 14 of the POCSO Act, Section 79 of the J.J. Act and Sections 16, 17 and 18 of the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant S.H.O., of Baikunthpur police station got information that minor girls were bring forcibly held hostage by an orchestra and musical

During the raid, two girls were recovered from the Neha Orchestra and Musical Group run by Manish Kumar, two minor girls were recovered from the Muskan Orchestrea and Musical Group run by Golu Kumar Singh (petitioner) and two minor girls were recovered from Pooja Orchestra and Musical Group.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the owner of the Muskan Orchestra and Musical Group and the girls recovered from the house of the petitioner, are major. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72595 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 3/3 concerned, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2025 with the condition :- (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
7. The application stands allowed.
