Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379,411 of the Indian Penal Code .

Petitioner is in jail custody since 29.07.2019 on the accusation of pick pocketing. Moreover, prior to institution of the present case, there is only one case was lodged against the petitioner under the provisions of Excise Act. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura
