1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-23 for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner would be satisfied in the event, if the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner on 28.09.2024 (Annexure- P/5) to the writ application.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the

Case No.01 of 2024-25 has issued notice in favour of respondent no.5 for seeking compensation of an amount of Rs.3181791/- with respect to land pertaining to Khata No.65 Khesra No.41, Mauza-Pannia, P.S.-Guraru, District- Gaya as the land measuring 5.39 acres has been acquired for the purposes of construction of Four-Lane under Bharat Mala Project. The learned State counsel further submits that petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the notice has been sent to his brother for seeking compensation, when he is also one of the owner of the land in question for which he had represented before the District Magistrate, Gaya vide AnnexureP/5.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2024 (Annexure- P/5) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if possible.
