JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 21/03/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43180/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2020 but till date chage has not been framed in this case. Similarly situated accused Kishan Tiwary has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 21.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63267/ 2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75123 of 2022(4) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (Town) PS case No.432/ 2020.
