As and when any such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation and till then the property in question shall not be auction sold.

However, if the petitioner chooses not to exhaust the remedies provided under the Act, interim order shall be automatically vacated.
