2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324, 325 , 326, 379, 504 and 506 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. on account of property dispute , this petitioner who is own brother of informant is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of Khanti.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is own brother of informant. Due to dispute over peroperty , this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail

Considering the backdrop of the case , relationship between the parties, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Class Danapur Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 ( 2 ) of Code of Criminal Procedure .
