2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detail representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. The petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground on Group 'D' post and he claims that in accordance with the several circulars of the State Government, he is entitled for Group 'C' post.

4. Considering the limited relief(s) as prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner may file a detail
