The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons obstructed the government work and assaulted the police force, due to which they sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since14.09.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. case No.121 of 2019.
