BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 The petitioner's grievance is withdrawal of LOI on the score that the petitioner failed to fulfil the requisite condition in establishing LPG distributorship including construction of LPG storage godown. The respondents were very reasonable in extending time from 30.04.2021 to 23.05.2022.

No doubt, the intervening Covid-19 period is from 20.03.2020 to 20.03.2022, even thereafter, petitioner was granted sufficient time of three (3) months on 23.05.2022, yet he has not constructed the LPG storage godown. Even, during pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has not made any efforts to show his bonafide in fulfilling the requisite conditions for the purpose of commissioning of LPG distributorship. That apart, interim order is operating by which the respondents were

Patna High Court CWJC No.881 of 2023(5) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 prevented in redrawing the LPG distributorship.

Taking note of all these dates and events, the petitioner has been asked to complete the requisite issues for the purpose of running LPG distributorship and satisfy the respondent on or before 01.08.2023, failing which letter of withdrawal of LPG distributorship as LOI awarded to the petitioner by the respondent authorities vide letter dated 06.10.2022 shall be given effect to.

4. The petitioner is permitted to complete the formalities on or before 1st August, 2023.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
