The respondents State have taken a decision that only few petitioners are entitled to benefit of LPA order and in respect of others are concerned, they are disputing in respect of status. In this regard decision has been taken taken by the State Government. The petitioners and such of those persons whose grievance has not been redressed in the light of the decision of the State Government, they are at liberty to assail the action of the State respondent in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.
