2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 212 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 318(4) and 316(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that he had approached the office of Sanna International Tour and Travel which deals in sending people abroad. He paid them Rs. 60,000/- but they repeatedly cancelled the ticket which was issued for Russia. The people responsible are: Pappu Pandey (office head), Jitendra Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, and Jawahar Prasad.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant. Petitioner has no knowledge about the alleged occurrence and no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is only an employee of that office. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner never received any amount from any customer as alleged in the F.I.R. and nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. The main accused in this case is Pappu Pandey

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
