1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for the issuance of appropriate writ/writs order/direction to the Respondents to remove the encroachment on Public Land (Garmazarua Aam) of Mauza Koriya, Thana No. 195, Khata No. 161, Khesra No. 402 and for the grant of any other incidental or consequential relief or reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17732 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 respondent-State submits by referring to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that encroachment proceedings, bearing Encroachment Case No.08 of 2023-24 has already been initiated against the encroachers by the respondent no.6 i.e. the Circle Officer, Begusarai and the same would definitely be concluded, within a stipulated time frame, as is fixed by this Court.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Circle Officer Begusarai to dispose off the aforesaid encroachment case by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
