That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for directing the respondent authorities, specially respondent no. 3 to conduct an enquiry, regarding Govt. Upgraded High School, Hardiya, (Urdu) Block Turkaulia, District- East Champaran where irregularities have been committed at the local school level and punish the guilty."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the State-Respondents for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
