09-01-2019 Heard Sri Uma Shankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 28-05-2018 in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 452, 326(A), 379 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent.
