The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is recovery from the back side of the house of the petitioner and only on suspicion the name of the petitioner has come in this case.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 296 of 2019.
