JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Perused the letter no. 242 of 2019 received from learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Vaishali. As requested, let the period for conclusion of trial be extended by four months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the case is fixed for evidence of the defence witnesses and within next two months all the witnesses shall be produced. The period is, therefore, extended by four months i.e. up to 24th of April, 2020.
