2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 17.03.2022 at about 18:00 hrs., the informant along with his wife were standing at the veranda of their house. The younger brother of the informant along with his wife and two other persons came there and asked for money for the house but the informant denied and told his brother to first depost Rs.1,50,000/- then only the informant will vacate the house. It is alleged that the

4. During course of the argument, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. She is only the member of the mob. The petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent.

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of her arrest or surrender in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022, she will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
