ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Having regard to the fact that the final order was passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, in S.A.C. No. 66 of 2019 and the petitioner is having efficacious and alternative remedy for filing an appeal under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Allahabad, within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.17487 of 2024(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 shall be entertained, subject to the other conditions that may be applicable for numbering the appeal. Thereafter the matter may be heard and necessary orders passed on merits.
