2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is that they assaulted the informant's son due to which he sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous grudge. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76430 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 between the parties. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioners has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 23.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 on each of them on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Siwan.
