1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. (i) For a direction to the respondent authority for considering the representation filed by the petitioners with regard to joining of the petitioners as per advertisement published in Hindustan Hindi daily on 30.07.2022.
(ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.18462 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 authority for disposal of the representation filed by the petitioners under Article 351 of the Constitution of India by speaking order and direction in this matter."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the representations of the petitioners have already been rejected by the Deputy Collector (Nazarat), Buxar, by an order dated 03.09.2022, on the ground that the advertisement was issued for the purposes of outsourcing the cleaning work and the same did not postulate filling up of any vacancy pertaining to cleaning employees.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
