The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 370, 290 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 65549 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 65045 of 2019 and the case of this petitioner stands of similar footing. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66686 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 rotting in judicial custody since 10.08.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.-1st, Class Patna in connection with Kotwali (Patna ) P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019.
