1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case no.198 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that on verification, it was found that the petitioner had obtained the job of Block Teacher on the basis of forged credentials. Hence, the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He joined the service in the year 2015 and after seven years, he was dismissed from service before lodging of the instant F.I.R. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial. He further submits that under the same circumstances, co-accused Babita Kumari has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 02.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79225 of 2024.

The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance who submits that with regard to the submission that the petitioner was dismissed from service before lodging of the F.I.R, there is no document to support the aforesaid contention.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case no.198 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
