The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that 6-7 unknown miscreants on the point of pistol looted whole day sell of informant's shop, Rs.5 lacs of his wife and brother, gold and silver ornaments worth Rs.5 lacs and three pieces mobile and other articles. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on confessional statement of co-accused. There is no recovery of any

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. case No.502 of 2018.
