The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahindwara P. S. Case No.99 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegations made against the petitioner that he gave a dagger blow to the son of the informant namely, Shahid Anwar alias Pyare in his abdomen causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant him bail.
