2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul P. S. Case No. 376 of 2022 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed the murder of the son of the informant. It is alleged that prior to the occurrence, there was quarrel between the deceased and this petitioner for liquor in which petitioner and other co-accused person had threatened the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on account of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72713 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 previous enmity. Charge-sheet has been submitted against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P. S. Case No. 376 of 2022.
