Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the case of the prosecution, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant, her husband and daughter. It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched gold chain, earring and some cash from informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Doctor found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

No.74868 of 2022(3) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. case no.294 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
