1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 622 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity and previous grudge as well as dirty village politics. Further he submits that from perusal of the first information report, it is apparent that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he
