The petitioner has preferred this writ petition assailing the selection of the respondent no. 5 as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra of Khurpatti Panchayat, District-Sheohar in the year 2003 and he states that he was an applicant for the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra but was denied the selection on the basis of lesser marks than the selected candidates.

The writ petition has been filed after almost 21 years without there being any explanation from his side. This Court has also noticed that the petitioner is assailing the educational

Patna High Court CWJC No.306 of 2023(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 qualification certificates which were made basis of appointment of the respondent no.6. This Court would not go into the enquiry relating to the testimonies of the respondents at the instance of the petitioner who obviously has not been selected admittedly because of having lesser marks.

The writ petition is wholly frivolous and dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited in the Bihar State Legal Services Authority.
