The petitioner has been in custody since 04.08.2018 in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 351/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is named in the F.I.R., the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the similarly situated co-accused person namely, Ranvir Yadav has since been extended the privilege of bail in B.P. No. 678 of 2018. He thus submits that the petitioner may also be extended the same benefit.

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71269 of 2018(6) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
