It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 22.01.2024 but the criminal antecedent of the petitioner was wrongly typed as "the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para. 3 of the bail petition" in place of "the petitioner is accused in five other criminal cases as stated in Para. 3 of the Supplementary Affidavit".

3. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 22.01.2023 is rectified to the extent that the petitioner has five criminal antecedent as stated in Para. 3 of the Supplementary Affidavit". (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) atul/- U T
