Petitioner seeks bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 365, 370, 302, 201 and 120B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has come in the confessional statement of Birendra Singh @ Hatta @ Suren.

In the written report, it is alleged that Mausi of the informant, namely, Mala Devi and Kalawati Devi, had gone to Jalalgarh market from their house. Thereafter, they became traceless.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 30.06.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
