2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406/34, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner in association of other co-accused, in a deep rooted conspiracy, is said to have sold 15.62 decimals of the land in question which belonged to the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.

It is further submitted that a civil suit bearing Title Suit No.498 of 2023 has already been pending and during pendency of the aforesaid suit the present case has been lodged against the petitioner and others. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 02.08.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as the fact that the dispute inter se is purely civil in nature and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No.557 of 2023.
