JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 The learned counsel for the informant has appeared in the present case and has submitted that the trial has already begun and one witness has been examined.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail in case the trial is not completed within a period of six months from today.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and complete it within a period of six months from today. However, in case the trial is not completed within a period of six months from today, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

The present petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty and directions.
