The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history.

Referring to Annexure-2 he submits that the police after investigation has submitted final form against the petitioner. During investigation it transpired that the case is of unnatural death and not a case of murder.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that petitioner has no criminal history, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71620 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
