Petitioner seeks bail in Fatehpur P.S. Case No.247 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 25 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner is a lady, who is in custody since 18.08.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67061 of 2018(3) dt.20-11-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.247 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
