Petitioner is in custody in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submits that from the case diary, it appears that petitioner is in job at Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.7.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner used to stay at Hyderabad in connection with his job and there is submission on behalf of the petitioner that at the relevant time he was out of station and not present at the scene of occurrence, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72282 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 on the condition that one of the bailors should be elected representative of the local body.
