JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(2)(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is said that 35 bottles of 180 ml each of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.02.2019 without having any criminal antecedent, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd-cum-Special Judge,
