2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82374 of 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82374 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bettiah, West

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82023 of 2024(2) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 676 of 2021, and further submitted that the petitioner was suffering from abdominal pain, vomiting stool and fever on 25.02.2024 to 30.02.2024 due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and execute the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82374 of 2023 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 15.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82374 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
