JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He also submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail, vide order dated 04.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 69281 of 2018.

Case No. 116 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
