2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The assailants of the deceased are Umesh and Meera Devi. The petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. During investigation it has come that the petitioner is the order giver. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78237 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021.
