Petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No.512 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)1, 26 of the Arms Act. From the seizure list, which is part of the First Information Report, it appears that one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
