JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this petition was filed on behalf of five petitioners and this Court granted anticipatory bail to all the five petitioners, but due to typing error in title cause, the name of the petitioner no.2, namely, Chinta Devi, petitioner no.3, namely, Najmuna Devi @ Najbun Devi, petitioner no.4, namely, Ruksana Devi @ Ruksna Devi and petitioner no.5, namely, Roksana Devi @ Ruksna Devi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71872 of 2019(3) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 @ Rukshana Devi were left to be typed.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions in title cause of order dated 18.12.2019, the name of the petitioner no.2, namely, Chinta Devi, petitioner no.3, namely, Najmuna Devi @ Najbun Devi, petitioner no.4, namely, Ruksana Devi @ Ruksna Devi and petitioner no.5, namely, Roksana Devi @ Ruksna Devi @ Rukshana Devi be read accordingly.

3. Let petitioner nos.2 to 5 surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and if they do so, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar shall pass order as per order dated 18.12.2019.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 18.12.2019 stands modified to the above stated extent.
